#### Mondego walkways
 
Located in the municipality of Guarda and part of the UNESCO Estrela Geopark, this is a route of approximately 12 km along the Mondego River. It passes through the villages of Videmonte, Trinta, Meios, Corujeira, Vila Soeiro and the Caldeirão Dam. With stunning landscapes, it includes walkways, suspension bridges and crossing areas.

#### Quinta da Taberna
 
Here, the river winds through a deep valley, over a rocky spur with shale benches that look like tiles, the result of ancient granite refolding around 300 million years ago. On the slopes, dense forests of holm oaks stand out. An unforgettable place for those who visit it.

#### Rails
 
Just 4 km from TerraSense, discover a fascinating trail near Videmonte, in the Guarda District. With around 23.5 km round trip, it is a challenging route, with an average time of 6h52m to complete. Ideal for hiking, running and backpacking, it also offers moments of tranquility in the quieter hours. Open all year round, the trail is dog-friendly, and dogs are allowed to roam free in some areas.
